When do we pay?
Payment is either by cash or credit card one hour before completion of the removal Services on the day. AAA City Removalist strictly does not accept cheques or accounts unless organized with the office and a purchase order is sent to our offices prior to move day.
What are the method of payments you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, (cheques, direct debits and account customers strictly to be organized prior to move day)
Will I get a dedicated contact from start to finish?
Our office has industry trained and accreditted team leaders and schedulers orchestrating our moves statewide.

How is AAA City Removalist different from other removalist companies?
Many years of intricate industry knowledge; a genuine ethos of serving you and integrity in the manner we conduct our operations. Our Alliance Partner removalists are industry trained, certified and accreditted, including RTA, OH&S and Industry certified training in both safe lifting methods and a computer exam with a main emphasis on safety and professionalism.
Prior to booking a move, the team at AAA City Removalist will ask a few questions in relation to your move to determine the right sized truck based on your inventory, any specialty items (such as antiques, pool tables or pianos) to ensure we are fully prepared for your move.
Can you dismantle and reassemble my items?
AAA City Removalist can dismantle and reassemble your items for you. Our teams carry general tools on the truck.
How long will it take to move me?
This all depends on many different factors, including the time required to load, secure and unload your belongings, what level you are on, are we using a lift exclusively for us or are we sharing, how far the truck is parked from the premises, weather conditions, the distance between the premises pickup and delivery and how well you have prepared for the move. The more you prepare beforehand, the more you will save. Remember, it is nearly always quicker to unload than it is to load.
Do you charge any hidden costs?
At AAA City Removalist, what you are quoted is what you will pay - there are no hidden extras. AAA City Removalist will send you an email confirmation clearly showing you the prices and both our and your obligations.
When should I book my move?
The earlier the better. The more notice you give, the more likely we can accommodate with the days and times that best suit you and offer you an early bird discount.
Can I help the removalists?
While moving items from your house to the truck is permitted, our insurance prohibits you from entering onto the truck.
Do you have any cancellation Fees?
No, we do not have a cancellation fee unless the cancellation is made less than 48 hours. The fee for this is $75.00
Are you able to accommodate Property Settlements ?
Yes , AAA City Removalist are able to accommodate for property settlements. AAA City Removalist have an understanding that it is sometimes not easy to determine a time in relation to the actual handing over of the keys to your new premises , and the occasions where the original owners are moving out on the same day. AAA City Removalist have three flexible time slots to ease your stress. Ask our friendly team.
Do you charge more for weekends ?
No, our rates are the same on week days as weekends
Are you able to deliver packing boxes ?
Absolutely, we understand that you are already busy and it is easier to have them dropped off for your convenience. We have a free carton hire, ask our team how.
Do you have insurance for our furniture items ?
We have Free Public Liability, Transit Insurance and Workers Compensation. As all companies, we do not have full insurance for your goods. Though all removalists are consistently trained in industry accredditted courses, we suggest you take out full insurance on our link on the home page or take Bubble wrap insurance: "We break it we fix it guarantee" If, in addition to Removal Services, you elect to have Goods packed by Us using preventative bubble wrapping (as part of Our optional Packing Services) then, We guarantee that those Goods will be delivered to Your delivery location free from breakages. The goods must be unwrapped and any damages shown to the removalist before they leave otherwise the insurance will be null and void. For exclusions, refer to our Terms & Conditions on our website.
Do you move homes and offices ?
Yes AAA City Removalist , carry out home, office and corporate moves as part of our day to day services. We are the preferred supplier of many Government departments, schools, corporate moves and hotels.
