For your total peace of mind you can get full insurance cover for the move plus an extra 45 days after the initiation of the policy with a $200 excess through Allianz. This gives you the security of knowing that after you settle in, if you have incurred any damage to your items, you can still claim up to 45 days. The form is designed to take no more than 5 minutes to fill out and is very inexpensive. Refer to our link on the home page.
"We break it we fix it guarantee"
We break it we fix it guarantee is part of a preventative care procedure and covers items wrapped by the removalists. This service is optional and is at the request of the client. Any such items found to be damaged during the course of the move must be identified and disclosed to the removalists before completion of the job. It is the client’s responsibility to insure these items are unwrapped and condition checked prior to sign off.
Damage guaranteed items must then immediately be reported to the office and removed from the premises by the removalists for repair guarantee. Will be null and void if items are not disclosed prior to sign off, or not wrapped as recommended in preventative form of international wrap or have not been proven in working order prior to relocation. Any guarantee will be void if client leaves sites.
For full insurance through Allianz, you MUST put our name as the Removalist in order to be covered.
